Shipping policy

Orders ship from Santa Barbara, CA within 1–2 business days. Domestic delivery takes 3–6 business days. Shipping is complimentary on orders over $75; a flat $6 applies below that. International duties and taxes are calculated at checkout.

Glow not delivered? Return any item — even opened — within 30 days of delivery. Domestic return shipping is free; email us for a prepaid label.

Privacy policy

We collect only what we need to fulfil your order and improve your experience, and we never sell your personal data. Payment card data is handled by our PCI-DSS payment provider and is not stored by us. You can request a copy or deletion of your data at any time by contacting support.

Payment security

Checkout runs over an encrypted (TLS) connection and payments are processed by a PCI-DSS Level 1 provider. Card details are tokenized in your browser and never reach our servers, and eligible cards are authenticated with 3-D Secure. Your statement will show HALO GLOW.

What makes Halo different from other vitamin C brands?: Most vitamin C fades in the bottle and stings on the way in. We use THD ascorbate — a stable, oil-soluble form that holds its potency for the life of the bottle and feels like nothing going on — at a full 15%, softened with ferulic acid. Brighter skin, no sting.
What's the Glow Club?: A recurring order of your chosen products every 2 months at 15% off, charged to your saved card. You can skip, swap, or cancel anytime from your account — no emails, no phone calls needed.
In what order do I use the ritual?: Morning: cleanse, essence, Glow Drops, day cream, SPF. Evening: cleanse, essence, Even Tone Serum or the Overnight Glow Mask (2–3 nights a week), then three drops of Golden Hour oil. Start one new active at a time and patch-test first.
Are these safe for sensitive skin?: Every formula is pH-balanced, fragrance-conscious, and buffered — and we skip the essential-oil overload common in 'clean' beauty. Skin should glow, never burn. We still recommend a patch test before adding anything new.
How fast will I see results?: The pearl finishes light skin up instantly; the real work underneath takes its time. Expect dullness to fade over 4–6 weeks of Glow Drops, dark spots to soften over 8–12 weeks of Even Tone Serum. Slow, gentle, and real.
Do you ship internationally?: Yes — we ship to most countries. Duties and taxes are calculated at checkout so there are no surprises on delivery.
